We want to find the best times that work for our students! Classes with 3 or less will only be one hour in length.
If you are booking less than 24 hrs in advance and the class has no other bookings, please contact us to make sure class is being held.

Weather:
We make every effort to hold class!  Always contact us to make sure class is being held as the weather here may be different from where you are!  In the case of cancellation due to inclement weather, you will be rescheduled for another class or issued a refund.  Classes that end more than halfway through due to weather will not be refunded.

Very important notes!
- Bring your own water and snacks!
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of class for paperwork, warm up, restrooms, etc. Class starts at the scheduled time!
- Please apply sunscreen before you arrive so that it is not on your hands for class.


Attire:
Please wear well-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows movement. Tops must cover your midsection as you will be wearing a safety belt. Please do not wear crop tops!
Remember, you may be hanging upside down! Loose, oversized shorts may slip down.
Please do not wear jeans or button down shirts.
Please wear (or bring) socks!
Please bring shoes that you can slip on and off easily.
Eyeglasses will be removed. Please wear contact lenses if you have them.

                                     Booking and Policies

- All classes are $75 per person.
- All classes are two hours.
- Maximum 10 people per class.
- Children 6 and over are welcome to take class.
- Maximum weight 250 pounds.

Cancellation:
For individuals taking class: 48 hours notice is required for a refund.

 
Private Full Class Booking
Reserve a full class just for your group!
Private bookings are $800 for up to 10 participants, and when full, run 2hr/15min.

For Private Full Class bookings:
2 weeks notice for full refund.
Between 1 and 2 weeks notice, 50% refund
7 days or less, no refund

Waiver
You must sign a liability waiver before participating.  
Download it here or fill it out on site.  Children accompanied by an adult other than family should bring a signed waiver from their parents/guardians.

Class Cards
Enjoy a discount with a Class Card!
3 classes for $210.
6 classes for $410.
  
Class Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Class Card credits may not be used for guests.
All credits expire at the end of the season.

Gift Certificates are not available. We suggest booking a class for your recipient as a gift when it is convenient for them.
